For over a hundred years The Limpsfield Club has been proud of being the best family club for miles around. In the early days we played only tennis and, for a few years, croquet. Now, we also enjoy padel, squash, racketball, badminton, table tennis, short tennis, short mat bowls, zumba, taekwon-do, pilates and much more. We also have a well stocked bar , sky TV, and a modern spacious dining room and now a modern mini gym.
By organising regular in-club competitions, mix-ins, leagues, multi-sport tournaments plus inter club matches for all the sports, it&039;s a great way to foster that spirit of friendliness of which we are so proud. To help our members realise their potential, professional full-time coaches are available to advise and encourage at all levels, and run a full programme of squads, camps and courses throughout the year. And that&039;s why, we&039;re still proud of saying we&039;re the best family rackets club for miles around.
Two new ‘Italian Padel’ courts will be launched at The Limpsfield Club on 26th June ’21.
The courts will be dressed with the latest two tone blue Mondo ‘Supercourt’ ‘World Padel Tour’ Astro surface and will be floodlit with play possible until 9.30pm every night.
Padel membership will be limited for ‘new club members’ due to the expected high uptake from the club’s existing 1,500 tennis & racketball players.
Court fees will be £10 per hour, plus £2 per hour if under floodlights, with bookable slots of either 45mins, 60 mins or 90 mins.
Membership will not only include access to padel but also grants usage, with normal court fees, of the club’s six squash/racketball courts, badminton (two halls), table tennis & bar. There are also options to also add tennis and the gym to your subscription.
For a limited time, until the padel membership becomes full, guests will be allowed to play for £6/player.
