In a positive step for grassroots padel, Padel Peeps and iPadel have announced a key partnership grounded in shared values of inclusivity, accessibility, and community growth.
The two organisations have joined forces with a common goal: to reach more players, support one another’s missions, and build a padel culture where everyone feels welcome, no matter their background, ability or experience.
“
“We’re both working toward the same vision,” says Lucie Wade. “This partnership isn’t about big sponsorship deal, it’s about lifting each other up and sharing platforms so we can reach more players and grow the sport in the right way.”
”
Founded by England players Lucie Wade and Karen Hazzard, Padel Peeps is known for its warm, ego-free events that combine coaching with social matchplay in a relaxed, supportive setting. Meanwhile, iPadel, created by UK padel pioneer Ian Colligon has been driving development since 2015 through its national league structure, coaching support and focus on making competitive play accessible to all.
“
“Padel Peeps have created something really special,” says Ian Colligon. “We’re proud to stand beside them. This partnership is about community first—supporting players, sharing opportunities, and helping each other reach further.”

Together, Padel Peeps and iPadel will continue to promote padel that’s fun, fair, and open to all with a little help from each other.
